December 2010
Major extension work as a second floor is added. The result is double the floor space for resistance machines and free weights asthe cardio-vascular zone is moved upstairs. The ladies gym is moved over to the new level aswell so staff are much more accessible for our female members. The studio space will now be used for classes and we have an exciting new exercise class timetable set for launch Jan 31st.

After winning his qualifier, gaining the title of North West England Classic Bodybuilding Champion, Kami goes on to place 3rd at the UKBFF British Finals in Nottingham.
